Upon returning to my family’s hazelnut farm, Meridian Orchards, I became drawn to the roasting and squishing of hazelnuts. Soon I started mixing hazelnuts with other fruits and healthy foods and Squirrelly Jane was born.

Amidst the bounty of harvest I seek to prepare for the winter by squirreling away the tastiest morsels. Each jar and bag of hazelnuts is handmade in small batches using organic and fair trade ingredients.
